Not quite yet! Construction of your neighborhood’s fiber network will begin in a few weeks and will take 4-6 weeks to complete (weather permitting). So fiber Internet service will be available in a few short weeks.
ImOn Communications will provide all the necessary equipment to get your service started. With fiber-to-the-home or fiber-to-the-business service, you are unable to provide your own modem and must use ImOn’s. However, there is no rental fee.
The construction process can last anywhere from 4-6 weeks. We do everything in our power to stick to this 4-6 week construction schedule, but please be aware that weather and other circumstances outside of our control can cause delays.

1. Sign up for ImOn service. We'll notify you when it's time to pre-order.2. Once construction is done, we'll contact you to schedule your installation. Then, one of our expert technicians will set up your new fiber Internet service.
3. Notify your current provider that you are planning to cancel service.
4. Return any rented equipment to your old provider to avoid fees.
